Maggie, the apartment manager here at the Aspen Grove Apartments, is one of the best apartment managers that I have ever met. She goes out of her way to help her tenants and try to resolve the issues around the complex. She is very understanding and easy to talk to and work with. My mother in law lives in these apartments, and I know that she loves having Maggie as her apartment manager. Maggie is the best thing that has happened to this apartment complex. They are in the process of changing their lease agreement to suit the management and owners. This place would be more professional if they didn't listen to and/or act on tenants opinions or rumors. It's very hard to find good tenants who are willing to keep the property neat & clean AND pay their rent on time monthly.
