I have been on hold for 17 minutes trying to place an order, after they hung up on me twice. Service is more than disappointing.
We stopped eating here years ago after finding hair in our food for a 3rd time. I dont know about now but back then they weren't wearing hair nets despite our numerous attempts talking with management. Today I stopped just for drinks. Waitress at least warned us the lids do not fit. I had to pour half drink out so it wouldn't spill every time the lid popped up. Won't be back, sure enough hair in the food wasn't enough. Now they can't even get decent lids.
RecommendedI absolutely love this place. I’m not sure where these bad reviews about service are coming from I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple of years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend a aspen grill!
Food and service was great!!!!
Order was incorrect. I ordered a poor boy and a poor girl carry out. When I got home , I had 2 poor girls, the fries were so salty they had to be thrown out.
we love Aspen grill it's always good. but today we both ordered hotdog basket. but on my lid it said no mustard which is right but it definitely has mustard and I took pics!!! ugh
