Recently Broadstreet entered my suite to do a non-emergent repair. In the process, some of my personal belongings were moved, by Broadstreet staff, twice, without my permission. I have since spoken to 2 different Broadstreet reps over the phone and sent an email summarizing what happened. My email received no reply, I was no showed on twice for scheduled phone appointments to discuss how Broadstreet will rectify this. Our bicycles were parked in the designated bike parking area of the apartment, but they were lost. I’m starting to question what exactly the condo fees I’m paying are for.🙄

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Aspen Greens. When we went to their office, they told us the sink had already been replaced, the old one was thrown out, and they promised to send us a video to prove it. It’s been over THREE WEEKS — no video, no response to our emails, nothing. But they had no problem charging us $370 without showing a single piece of proof. Had a really frustrating experience with Aspen Greens. When we moved out, they charged us $370 for a dent in the kitchen sink, which 100% wasn’t caused by us. And instead of proving we did it, they told us to prove that we didn’t. Seriously? On top of that, when we asked for the original sink back, they said they already threw it out and told us to go look for it in the garbage.
