Will not recommend to anyone. Price is ridiculously high for what you get. Currently in the process of attempting to get more of our deposit back as they are claiming there was more damage than there was. Also, did the move-out walk through without us, even though we were waiting by the rental office (in the lobby, as they instructed). Especially frustrating since we got there early. Moving out of Ontario and into a new place was a pretty big change for us, so finding a smooth rental experience really mattered. With Broadstreet Properties, things actually went a lot easier than expected. Carla helped us with the lease process and honestly made everything a lot smoother than expected. The maintenance department are the best, swift response to calls and issues, I am very pleased with thier services and would recommend the property to any interested and intending Tenant
I have lived here for 2-3 years and have recognized how hard the cleaning and maintenance staff work day after day. the residents here are hard on this building but the staff is always there keeping things in good condition. Harlan is always there when needed to help in countless ways. Thanks to all of you
