Aspen and TM have been great to work for! These apartments are beautiful and the grounds are kept extremely nice. Love it here
The new management company (TM Associates)is terrible. They don't care that people smoke weed in their apartments, the sherriff is there about once a week. Washers and dryers are often broke, trash dumpsters are running over for weeks at a time. They don't shovel the parking lot and the office lady is so rude! They charged me $250 to paint, $250 to clean and $88 for mini blinds. There was NO trash left in the apartment and I cleaned before I left. I have lived here since 2021 and it has been awful. We had issues when Woda owned the property with not getting issued fixed such as nicotine coming up from our downstairs neighbors. A new company took over last year TM Associates and it has gotten so much worse. The new property manager Susan has messed up our paperwork for our lease multiple times, has messed up the amount of rent we are supposed to pay online, the maintenance man Tim has given us nothing but issues and is rude. Only lived there for about 4 months and had to leave for personal stuff going on. But living there is like living I. A concentration camp. The maintenance man is a creeper and the neighbors watch you through there peep holes and monitor who comes and goes out of your apartment and report to the office if you sneeze wrong. The apartment itself is pretty nice.
I moved to Aspen Greene in September of 2019 after living in a nursing home for 10 years. I looked at many different places, but fell in love with this development. The property is kept clean. Repairs are quickly handled and are done right the first time. I love it here.
