FRAUD FRAUD FAUD!!! They are FRAUD. Plesae DO NOT deposit any initial deposit. They will not return it back. NON-RELIABLE, plesae DO NOT TRUST them. They are CHEATERS. I deposited it on 25th May on the promise of getting it back without any trouble in case I won't like the appartment. I didn't think it was too bad... Colorado is expensive so if you cant afford about $1000 a month for a ONE bedroom this is a cool place... I didn't have any roaches or bed bugs, I guess it would depend how clean you live.
