I would not recommend renting from Aspen Gold. My experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Communication is nearly impossible—they rarely return phone calls or respond in a timely manner, which makes resolving even simple issues unnecessarily stressful. The units themselves are not in great condition. Maintenance is clearly not a priority, and the properties are in need of significant updates. Aspen Gold works hard as a team to make their tenants happy. The owner is extremely nice, and with only have 2 maintenance technicians there, they kick butt getting the job done, sometimes even after hours staying to complete repairs. The homes/offices they offer for rent are nice for the value. Couldn't recommend this place more if you are looking for your next house or in need of a small office space in the downtown area.
