I love Dr.Simms but the new receptionists are rude and disrespectful. I was turned away from an appointment today that my patient portal appointment time and the appointment time receptionist showed differed by 15 minutes. Instead of working with me to reschedule she said there was nothing she could do and Dr. Simms was booked for the next two weeks ( without looking at any computer) then turned her back to talk with other receptionist. Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid this office. I brought in paperwork that had to be turned in to my job within 2 weeks. After one week i found out the paperwork had disappeared. The doctor had never received it. Next I asked for a letter for specific to provide specific information. I was emailed a new copy of a letter that I’d been given previously that had not given the necessary information. They don’t listen, they don’t care.

My whole family ( 5 of us) sees Dr. Simms. We have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Epps also goes out of her way to answer questions and was amazing when she saw our son when I made a scheduling mistake. Sometimes I think they get temps in who aren’t very knowledgeable but that’s not the offices fault. They get sent over from health one. I appreciate the effort they make to ensure excellent visits for our family.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the same day. Staff is great!! Highly recommend this office!
