So Dr. Fagan has been amazing to me for the last 12 years i think its been 12+ years. I have recommended him to many people as he is great with my EDS well everything. He joined a new VIP program in 2023 and now I see his staff and not him. I've never had any issues until today as I got the most rude receptionist ever. I called hoping that I could see him because I was being sent to pain management and he was the only one who said no you dont have to go to pain management i understand. Dr.Fagan is one of the very few that actually listen to you when your speaking without cutting you off or hurrying you along, he hears and addresses ALL your concerns, he not only shows professionalism but shows empathy towards his patients, he makes you feel that he choose to be a Dr. to help people not just for a paycheck, and has carried that with him throughout his career, he makes you feel heard and understood and does his best to help you, even if your just having a hard time and you need to be heard.
