All I tried to do was make an appointment for my husband to get his meds refilled. They asked me what the names of meds were. I was not at home ( @ work) They have his name etc in system but not what was prescribed. Called his pharmacy who gave me what I thought I needed. When I called back to give them them the name & mg's they asked directions on how to take. 😠😠WHY didn't she tell me that too?!!! I don't know, he's a grown man that is capable of taking his own meds.
