It's quiet in my building, possibly due to the cameras in the hallways and stair cases, which I like. It does need at least 2-3 more maintenance help, per building. The hallway and staircase walls and floor boards need to be deep cleaned. Those areas are always dirty along with trash on the floor in the stair wells, which really is due to the in considerate tenants who need to clean up after themselves and not throw their trash on the floor. Otherwise nice place to reside.
