Lack of communication and lack of adequate customer service skills. Learn to deal with humans, learn to be better with your tone over the phone. I called to get clarification on a bill and instead received a judgmental worker who spoke over me. Do better agents. Also, another department left an inquiry unresponded since March 2026. I know a prestige doctor with one secretary who handles the billing info as well. One person compares to this place who has more help. And she has a pleasurable attitude. Not like this place! Dr Allak provided a surgical nose repair after having two spots for basal cell skin cancer removed by Mohs surgery on my nose. The significant spot was just to one side of the ridge of my nose and elongated. The nose repair surgical procedure by Dr. Allak was done at the Riverton Surgical Center. It seems like no one does what they say they will do. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. They answer the phones. They call back when they say they will and the actually help. And most importantly, Dr. Hunter is an excellent surgeon that changed my life. My operation was not typical but he took the time to make sure it was successful. My migraines, heartburn, and bone pain are gone. My energy is back. I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Hunter and staff.
