When we arrived in Estes for a few days on a family vacation, I realized I forgot my contacts and glasses at home. It would have been hours to drive home and back. The kind staff at Aspen Eyecare not only quickly provided me with new contacts, but also gave me solution and a case at no charge. Life savers! Thanks so much for helping me and my family have a hassle-free vacation.
While visiting Estes Park, my prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses were bent pretty badly. The frame and arm were damaged in multiple places, and I couldn’t wear them. We stopped into Aspen Eyecare hoping they could help, and Katie went above and beyond. She made several adjustments and even filed down the rough edges. Thanks to her kindness and expertise, I was able to use them for the rest of my vacation. I was so thankful for the exceptional customer service!
While hiking in RMNP, a lens fell out of my frame. I stopped in at Aspen Optical, and within minutes he put the lens in, tightened frame, and cleaned my glasses for FREE!! Amazing customer service. A big thanks to Nick.
Visiting from out of town and had an issue with my frames. I stopped in unannounced and they promptly fixed it for me. I only met the two members of the staff that worked up front. I owned and operated my own health care business for 30 years and I can say that the two people who helped me are definitely a reflection of what the doctor expects of his/her staff. This is a first class organization!
My husband had taken our 7 year old in for glasses. Everything was wonderful until it came time to pick frames. You’d think they would be wise enough to not show a seven year old boy expensive RayBan frames and let him pick from those which were $400 I told my husband absolutely not and he was informed those were the options they had.
