Such a sweet and generous place. My daughter lost a screw from her glasses while we were on vacation 2 weeks ago. The kind ladies at this optometry replaced it without cost! And were lovely to my daughter! The place is beautiful with a nice selection of frames, I am sure that it is also very professional because there were many people coming to check their eyes with the optometrist. Many thanks for your help!
I was visiting Estes Park for the day when I accidentally dropped and broke my glasses. I stopped by Aspen Eye Care, and they were absolutely wonderful. Amber and Aaron were incredibly kind and professional. They repaired my glasses for free and had me in and out in under five minutes! They even offered me water while I waited. The whole experience was quick, friendly, and far above what I expected. If I lived in the Estes Valley area, Aspen Eye Care would definitely be my go-to for all my eye care needs. Highly recommend!
We were visiting beautiful Estes Park last week and a lense popped out of the frame of my glasses. As you all know who wear glasses its kind of a freak out time when your out of town on vacation. Aspen Eyecare was able to fix my glasses while I waited. I very much appreciate the prompt and kind help to enjoy the rest of our trip.
Katie went above & beyond. Both my glasses & sunglasses had loosened so much that when I bent over, they fell off. The sunglasses are very old, but they are my favorite pair. Katie was able to tighten them but said if she did any more, they might break. She spent quite a bit of time getting my glasses to fit just right, which I am immensely grateful for. Thank you, Katie!!! P.S. I had bought the glasses from Aspen Eyecare, but not the sunglasses. P.P.S. I love the new location!
We are in Estes on vacation and my husband's nose pad fell off his prescription sunglasses. We stopped in Aspen Eyecare and were warmly greeted. While the glasses were being fixed, we got a history of the beautiful house ! Glasses fixed in minutes and at NO CHARGE!
