"I had an amazing stay at the Aspens Suite Hotel in Sitka! The room was spotless, the environment was peaceful, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver. The staff's kindness and hospitality truly made my stay special. I was also impressed by the fully equipped kitchen - it felt like home! Every single staff member went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a bit of a travel snafu and unexpectedly had to book another night and Emma quickly got me booked and the shuttle driver came back to the airport for me. The brunette working the front desk during the day (didn’t catch her name) was so nice and accommodating to holding my bag and meeting all my needs. 10/10 would recommend
Very nice rooms with full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and 2 burner stove However in a 7 night stay housekeeping didn’t change sheets or towels and we had to take our trash to the Refuse room multiple times
First class - comfort, clean, quiet and friendly staff!
