BEWARE: Todd Proffit owes me over $50k and has refused to pay. We loaned Todd money for a deal he was doing. We were the hard money lenders, he guaranteed the principle personally and won’t even pay me back the principle he owes. He has stalled, lied and has not followed through on promises. We have tried to work with Todd to allow him to slowly repay his debts and we even went as far as to waive the interest if he would repay the principle. Todd's the first one on the job last one to leave, We build a custom log home together literally taking the trees out of my back yard and using them to build a home. Milling the siding, base and case, fabricating doors, cabinetry, countertops, all in my warehouse. Todd set it all up with me and we did it all from the ground up a very educational experience
