My daughter and I went to Aspen for a hair loss issue. We were seen by Brian Gasser. He was not professional, his bedside manners were terrible and he ended up making my daughter cry by telling her all the worst case scenarios. His assistant had to do damage control after he left. We will not be going back.
Dishonest After being told there would be no consultation fee when I made the appointment, being reassured that the Dr. could do and had done the procedure I was looking to have done, and having a sign in the in the room stating that consultations were free, the Dr. proceeded to tell me he had never done the procedure before. Then he prescribed me some cream to apply to my face and then telling me that he had never heard of it actually being used on the face and didn't know what effects it might have! DISAPPOINTED n the fact its a new business located in payson. sent my 20 year old 1st time to any dermatologist, and said DR. did not take time to explain things just made a fast diagnose (5minutes)and no results or acknowledgement of her other concerns. appointments are made to take the needed time for patients concerns especially when there seeing a SPECIALIST ..people go to specialist because they dont know what is causing things and should be educated better on what is found. we will now need to look for a second dermato... read more
The scheduling problems need to be fixed, the staff never pick up the phone and so I'm stuck leaving a voice-mail and then playing phone tag... very frustrating.

They treat you right. They make you laugh they are one of the best people I know even tho I've been their many times. I love you Aspen Dermatology. I recommend you to go their. How was it? How was your experience?
I scheduled an appointment for my husband in the nephi office on the 4th Tuesday of the month. He arrived on time to his appointment only to be told they were not in. I called the Spanish Fork office and was told they were expecting him there. I specific as for an appointment in nephi when I called to schedule. With the drive he could not make it to his appointment
