She was amazing
Go elsewhere. Made an appointment months in advance, confirmed 3 times via email, and then again the week before on their portal. The day of my appointment they cancel it because I missed their 1 attempt to call me as I didn’t have the time to call them back during my 14 hour shift at my emergency response job. Waited to tell me in person when I showed up for my appointment instead of sending any type of email. Very unprofessional and unorganized, go ANYWHERE else
I lost my temporary crown on Sunday evening. I came to the office as soon as it opened Monday hoping to get it recemented. I was thrilled to get the permanent crown installed instead.
Perfect dentist if you want a dentist that doesn’t provide any care. They lack dentists, and they lack dental hygienists. I’ve been waiting almost a year for some filling work. The original appointment was pushed out about 6 months due to a lack of dentists. Now the rescheduled appointment has been canceled as well due to lack of dentists. This would be funny if it wasn’t my health. Avoid at all cost if you actually want dental work done.
I made an appointment online to have a broken tooth removed, only to find out the "appointments" were just to get you to come into the office. They never addressed my broken tooth but when they noticed that I would be needing dentures, the sales pressure went into full swing and that was all they were concerned about. This was in the office in Williston Vermont.
