My experience began with an unexpected, broken tooth. Do to the upcoming holiday weekend, the staff at my Aspen Dental on Merle Hay Road in Des Moines was not able to assist me. They then called around to other Aspen locations and secured me an appointment at the West Des Moines, Jordan Creek location. Both of these locations are truly impressive. i had my first visit to Aspen Dental today at the West Des Moines location. All staff was very friendly and professional. I left the office feeling like I was listened to.
I have moved my dental care to another provider that provides better customer service, better financial options. And better service overall. I am still in debt from using your financial services And all the upcharges that were unnecessary for my care. Would not recommend Aspen Dental.
