I had my teeth cleaned at Aspen Dental, Waterloo. After communicating with the office and corporate for almost two months, we have agreed to the following: 1) I was in severe pain, so I asked several times for a copy of my x-rays to be sent to another dentist for a second opinion. Aspen's office told me that there was no way to contact their IT department, and it would take up to 14 days to send my x-rays. My journey is just beginning but so far my experience has been great. Emma was excellent at everything she did with me. Dr Cox was extremely helpful and confident with herself and her abilities to do what I need done. Everyone was great and made me feel comfortable

Great time forgot I was at the dentist.Faith was respectful and kind highly recommended. Also noticed at least 3 photos of the doctor really helpful.
My experience was wonderful. Hailey was very informative and caring. Hailey took her time to explain my treatment and made me feel comfortable in the dental chair! I would recommend her to anyone!
