I called to get an appt because I broke a tooth and was having severe pain , they got me in the next day and the dentist she was so kind and gentle and cautious with my sore mouth . Everyone was very friendly and kind ! I would recommend this place to anyone!
I went to Aspen Dental in Waterloo because their website promoted a plan with up to 30% discount. After cleaning and xrays, they only offered me 20% discount, so I asked for my xrays to be sent to another dentist for a second opinion. I called the office 3 times to let them know that I was in pain and needed to have the second opinion before I had any work done. The staff greets u as soon as u walk in. They are smiling and Friendly. They remember their patients quickly and is very personable. They care
Love the staff! They are so friendly and welcoming. Didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Definitely recommend if you haven’t been to see the dentist in a while (as I have not been to the dentist in years) they make you feel comfortable and are able to relate on a personal level!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
