The whole experience was great. People are friendly, staff are very knowledgeable, and the Dentist's are very professional and helpful. I lost 3 front teeth and my teeth look better than before. 100% would recommend
Young staff lacking in customer service and communication skills. Need to understand terminology and proper usage of words such as Debit / Credit / Refund. Proceeded to activate and obtain funds from finance company they use BEFORE treatment began. We cancelled and had to notify finance company, which would not have been necessary if they did not activate proceeds BEFORE any work done. Went elsewhere that had lower cost and more mature, professional people.
Everyone was very friendly. But I think the cost of a deep clean is over priced by far. I mean it painful as heck then the cost of $2,300.00 to add to that pain. Give me a break. And that's with insurance. What a flipping joke.

I had a fantastic experience at Aspen Dental! I recently had two crowns done, and from start to finish, the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I always knew what to expect. The dentist was incredibly skilled and gentle.
