I had a great experience with customer service all around with Aspen Dental. Their denture process is streamlined and efficient, yet covers all the details. All medical processes and products ARE expensive in general, but it was reasonable here and they find ways to give a promotional discount whenever possible to keep the costs down. I had an out-of-state dental issue, pretzel vs. tooth, and knew that there was a local Aspen office. I called and, even though it was late afternoon, they actually had 2 (!!) options for an appointment. I went in and filled out some paperwork (no surprise there), and was welcomed in a few minutes later. To assess the situation, I had to get X-rays (all equipment looked pretty new).
