I have been told multiple times that I can, & should, come in every 2 weeks to have new reliner put into my denture so it will stop hurting! The girl yesterday was not only rude, but refused to accommodate this & told me not to come back for an adjustment for 1 month -at which time they expect me to come in first thing in the morning drop off my denture & come back end of day to get it. Didn’t really get any help. Was quoted a very expensive procedure that far exceeds my insurance allowance so I left. Then later I got a call indicating that I was not quoted your best pricing and it was suggested I call for a better deal. I don’t care for that approach. It makes me feel like you are not interested in my needs so I don’t think I want to come back there again. I just don’t have any confidence in your organization now. Great visit. Already refeered someone. Kelley and Timna were great. And Natalie is my favorite person there since day 1. That’s why I brought my children I knew yall would make them comfortable
This was my first visit at Aspen and everyone was very nice and professional from beginning to end. It was good to see and hear laughter amongst the workers because if you’re not enjoying your job, how welcoming and kind would you be towards clients?! Tim a was great. Having to deal with insurance and payments can be stressful but her lovely personality made the process easier. Thank you Aspen for a great experience.
