I had the bests experience ever at aspens dental especially with the hygienist she was so sweet she let me know everything going on and explained everything briefly

The blonde dental hygienist needs a lesson in professionalism. Stomach problems often lead to teeth problems and they ask about this on the intake form. Apparently this did not occur to her and she proceeded to be extremely rude about my teeth even asking if I had just gotten insurance. I had a severe stomach infection for 2 years that was unable to be diagnosed this is unacceptable you don’t treat people like that even if their tooth problems are inherently their fault which mine are not.

Nunez is dismissive and condescending. Appointment was at 11:30, was told it would be about and 1.h visit. It was after 12 before I was called back for x-rays. Then I waited with 20 mins to be put in a chair. Then Nunez was called in and as he was asking questions I was trying to explain issues, that were from past visits at that office, such as they put a bridge in that didn't fit right, I don't remember who put it in, and just put i cement filling in to "fix" the issue.
