An hour and half of waiting for a dentist to peer in my mouth for 2 minutes
Honestly, they are really nice people who work there, BUT, for the dentist that “takes walk ins”- THEY DONT! i sat there in tears for over an hr “to see if someone would cancel their appointment so i could be seen” after an hr of waiting. an hr of tears, drilling from a broken tooth, i had to walk back up and ask if they knew another dentist that took walk ins or any emergency denist- i was told no- so at this point im in so much pain. i’m crying it hurts its bleeding it swollen- i just need some help…. after asking if they ... read more
Absolutely great experience at Aspen in Tarentum, PA… great people who will work with you and help!!! From the X-ray Tech to the Dentist very best experience. Scheduling and payment options are great…. PS. You won’t be disappointed!!
The reason that i stopped in was to get my dentures relined. They did it once before a week after i got my temporary dentures, that seemed odd to me since my gums were still healing. This time it was around 4 weeks, they fit much better and my gums are still healing. I have to watch what i eat because they don't fit properly yet and they will come dislodged easily. But when i left AGAIN they still did not set up a follow up appointment, so i guess it's up to me to figure it out. Well i guess I'll call in another month and ge... read more
