The appt was overall great except having to wait to see the dentist to tell me what i already know and came in for which was to get an appt with an oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth removal. Called the office 3 seperate times after that appt to get a quote for services. Eachbtime i could not get a person on the phone and left voicemails and received to call back or email to my requests. The appt was nothing more than upselling services i didnt need or want.
The staff was caring, efficient and thorough. I will keep coming here for my dental needs in the future.
The staff there was very nice and helpful. They took the time to tell me what they were doing every step of the way.

What a horrible experience. Went for a simple relining. Doctor explained why the detailed protocol and I reluctantly agreed. Sent in hygienist for assessment. I opted not to take a recommended service and doctor states “we can’t help you today” after telling me 5 minutes prior they would help. I was summarily discharged from the business with no further explanation. Never, ever going back to Surprise office.
