They were able to fit me in for an emergency. They were friendly and explained everything.
April appt for some reason could not be re-scheduled until August 17. Didn't understand that when I was on a wait list for cancelations for 3+months. I should have been brought back in 6-8 weeks max. Once they got me in they did a great job but now I can only go 3 cleanings this year instead of 4. If I paid private pay I'd go elsewhere because $352 for a cleaning before insurance is excessive. Or is it?
I went to an Aspen Dental years ago for my wisdom teeth and had a great experience so figured I would try my local one here. I had to get a crown put in (which was a better fix than the filling my old dentist at a private practice did) and the dentist and hygienist were extremely calm and patient with all of my anxiety and concerns and really made me feel at ease and catered to my concerns.
