I scheduled an appointment with Aspen for myself and my wife, knowing our insurance covered them, and we had existing cavities to be filled. My experience went just fine. Aspen did my wife DIRTY. Apparently, the doctor we booked with left, and the office no longer accepts our insurance. There was 0 notice of this, she went through the extensive onboarding just to be told it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars to fill her cavities. Aspen Dental has friendly staff my visit was painless and was a great experience
Honestly this place sucks, I got sick from my first visit and they ended up blowing me off when I had a set schedule appointment because the person who was supposed to clean my teeth wasn’t there! Very unprofessional!
Went in due to a cracked tooth after Christmas before the new year. Everybody was really friendly and helpful. Got a plan to extract tooth. Had to call before the date of the extraction because even though I had been on antibiotics it was getting worse and more painful and my face was getting more swollen. Nobody seemed to really care. They have an emergency dental service without a dentist that seems bizarre and very unethical. Spent hours calling them leaving messages going back and forth. Mark was awesome helping me.
