Everyone is so nice here! Shout out to the whole team for making my experience so great! Everyone was so informative! I felt like they actually cared vs the prior dentist/dentists offices I've been to. I'm so glad I chose to come here! Got a hard reline and got them back the same day! Exceptional service! Thanks to Dr.Pariuh , Anne, Olivia, Shaun and all the other wonderful ladies and staff!!! 10/10
My experience was amazing. Every single staff member was professional, understanding and kind. I have a lot of anxiety related to dental procedures to the point I’ve neglected my teeth. The staff was so understanding and nonjudgmental. I appreciate each and everyone at the Dirksen parkway location for your kindness
Had a cracked molar (impacted by wisdom tooth) pulled at Aspen Dental a week ago. Still some pain—ibuprofen, naproxen, and Tylenol help. Stitches fell out on their own after 4-5 days, which was nice. Numbing shots hurt. Extraction was brutal—5-10 minutes of pliers yanking and jerking my head, hurt like hell, bled a lot. Friend had same bad experience here years ago (traveling dentist, foot on chair, bad swelling/pain after). Maybe common, but I'd look elsewhere for extractions.
