The doctor was nice but very hard to understand. The staff was not as nice or helpful. We went 8n because of tooth pain. We were given an over all quote of $12000 worth of work they said we need done. They did not give us a break down of cost so we could see what the cost of the cost important stuff would cost. I asked for an itemized breakdown, she handed me a folder with papers in it, when I got to the car and looked ther was no break down just the $12000 quote and no list of procedures needed or anything. I chipped a tooth and booked with this office specifically because their website advertises same-day/next-day repairs. That was the entire reason I chose them over other dentists nearby. I showed up on time and still waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When I was finally seen, I was told for the first time that a full new-patient intake exam was required before they'd even schedule the actual repair — meaning no same-day fix after all, despite that being the explicit reason I booked.
