Called to reschedule was put on hold 3 times and didn't even get to me. Eventually rescheduled and they got my scheduled time wrong. Made my appointment but the doctor didn't listen when I was complaining of pain and extra teeth. Not coming back. Didn't felt like anyone listened to me.
Do not trust this corporate chain. I came in for an emergency extraction and they immediately treated me like a paycheck instead of a patient. They tried to rush me into a massive, aggressive treatment plan totaling over $3,144 before I could even process what was happening. They padded my bill with hundreds of dollars in "mandatory" cash add-ons—like charging $104 for a 30-second gum rinse ("Gingival Irrigation") and retail markups on mouthwashes—knowing damn well my insurance wouldn't cover it.
