Went in with the worst pain and no insurance. Fariba and Courtney were so kind. Jenn even had to stay late to help me find a finance plan and get my surgery scheduled but never rushed me or treated me as a burden. Definitely recommend going here if you need quick and kind helpers.
As a new patient first impressions is where it begins. Aspen dental in Smyrna, TN made theirs perfectly. Each encounter from the front desk to office management was five star. Thankyou Aspen dental for making my experience easy and comfortable!
AVOID! NEVER COMKNG BACK! Was charged $250 for a toothbrush and toothpaste I never agreed to buying, was given conflicting information by different staff members, was never even offered a receipt for a 3,000 dollar payment and had to then do my own digging just to find out I was being sold something I never even asked for. Shop local, avoid these big chain shops at all costs, all they want is you money!
