Very friendly and helpful
My first visit was very nice. Everyone was very professional and polite. The Dentist herself was very patient and took her time to answer all my questions. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Everyone was so nice and so good to my daughter. The dentist gave very detailed explanations, and the office was so much help!
First dental experience I’ve had in years where they didn’t make me feel like crap for having really bad teeth. Dr Katherine El Reda & Shauna Smith were super professional and polite, as was all other staff I interacted with. It’s the dentist, it’s not like I had a great time but overall they made things easy and smooth.
They have been absolutely atrocious. My husband got a temporary crown in. Then that temporary crown broke off. We called the office and tried to make an appointment asap. We were told the temporary crown breaking is no big deal to wait for his appointment for the permanent crown. Well, we waited and it turns out that tooth broke more than expected. So now my husband has to go back for a root canal. Maybe if you would have seen him sooner this wouldn’t be an issue or you could have fixed it sooner. This just seems neglectful ... read more
