After having a decent experience last year at the Cherry Hill location (though, I am wondering now if I was pressured into a scammy payment plan) for a tooth extraction I decided to give this location a try after I had chipped another tooth. The two stars I’m giving are really just for the receptionist, who was so sweet, and the tech/assistant because she had empathy for me when it came to what I could pay for at the current moment. Went in yesterday for my first dental appointment in a very long time and every single person I interacted with was SO KIND! From the front desk, assistants, hygenist and the doctor everyone was wonderful. It really lessened my anxiety about the dentist. I was not made to feel shame about not being able to see a dentist for so long and I truly appreciate that. I look forward to using this location again.
They were absolutely wonderful and amazing! My son knocked out his front adult tooth root and all. We raced there for help, since we knew we had a short period of time to get it put back in to give it a chance to take and him not losing it permanently. When we arrived there it was 6:45pm and they close at 7pm. At first they couldn't take us because they were finishing up on their last patient. I asked where else could I go.
