I’m disappointed with my experience here. I came in during a difficult financial time and was relieved when I was told there were payment options available. However, I later found out the payment plan was actually a third-party financing arrangement, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront and ended up being difficult for me to manage. I was always scared of going to the dentist growing up, I've had bad experiences before that ended in anxiety. I feared going for the longest time until I had several bad teeth and I couldn't live comfortably anymore. Im glad I chose Aspen, everyone here has been really helpful and understanding, I'm ashamed of not coming sooner! I honestly feel they changed my view on dentists and help me overcome that fear, they wanted nothing more then to help.

Went in today this team is extremely friendly. They have some new staff and a new manager. I was impressed with the whole process. Way better than expected. Thank you Aspen Dental for calming my nerves when it comes to going to the dentist. See you at my next visit.
