The multiple appointments I've had while going to Aspen Dental (this and the previous location) I have had nothing but a positive experience each and every time. From check in to scheduled procedures and everything in between, each staff member goes above and beyond to make sure each appointment is understood to every detail. I am still an active patient and recommend this location to anybody looking for a place for dental treatment.
If there were zero stars that is what I would use. We decided to go elsewhere because the cost was going to be much more than we could afford at this time. Although the service was ok, we paid for the office visit which included consult, ex ray and plan of treatment. So I have called Aspen since they billed the finance company $3000 for service we have not had nor were we going to have. Thorough. Polite. Felt at ease.
This dental office was outstanding to say the least. I did not have an appointment but they fit me in for the first part of my exam and gave me an appointment two days later for my “deep cleaning.” I was very warmly greeted by Lauren at the front desk, personality +. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. Amanda did my X-rays and was very friendly and professional . This was the only time I’ve ever had my teeth X-rayed that it did not hurt at all.
