I selected Aspen by accident rather than the two other prominent dentists I’d used locally. They not only accepted my emergency, they saw me within three hours! The entire experience was a display of customer service excellence! Dr. Reyes was superb and patiently explained everything. Her assistants Dre Dee and Emilee were comforting and efficient. Up on dental accomplished with no hinders
The receptionist Joy was incredibly helpful when I was having a hard time getting an appointment. The admin Serena was very articulate and made the process of filling out the paperwork and setting up the financing clear and easy. I have yet to have my procedure but so far I have nothing but praise for Aspen Dental!
