I doubt I will return. I am a nurse, who has to take a full day of PTO for DR/Dental appts, etc., so when I wait for almost 30 min to go back when I'm an 8am appt, that's not a good sign. I only had x-rays taken, a brief exam by the Dentist, then waited again for another 30 min. Overall, I left at almost 10:00am No cleaning (I could not imagine how much longer I would have been there), and an itemized estimate of what I needed done on my teeth. Feels like being on a high pressure used car lot with them not accepting No. You go through the intake process and Xrays which wasn't that bad. Then you move to another portion where a lady comes in and goes tooth to tooth calling out numbers like a live auction. Then the Dentist comes in for less than 5 minutes. Then you are ushered off to a room that has a guy in it throwing $18,000 plans, maxing out your insurance and all kinds of financing options.
