4 stars for Dr, 2 hygienist and the rest of medical team. No 5 stars for unprofessional scheduling 2 ladies which took them months to schedule my cleaning. I'm very disappointed in Alexandra and Veronica! Please communicate in a professional manner ladies!

During my extraction procedure, an instrument accidentally punctured the inside of my nose while my upper canine (K-9) tooth was being removed. My nose bled immediately after the incident. Although the bleeding stopped that same day, I continue to have an unusual sensation in that nostril, as if something is still stuck inside. At this time, I’ve decided to wait until my mouth has fully healed before making any further decisions about my dental care. For future treatment and follow-up,
