Michelle, dr pak, Alessa, were great. I don't remember the "gum" girls name. But she was very nice, too. I had a good experience- the overall checkup was very in depth, and you were given the diagnosis for next steps for your dental care. Thank you. I actually went there for a 2nd opinion, and was surprised to find out I didnt need all the dental work that another provider had recommended.
Hi there! You have no insurance? They treat you like actual crap, as if you aren’t human too. It’s genuinely sad when people who are supposed to help you, only have their eyes on the money. They also didn’t wait till the anesthesia kicked in, nor did they take proper steps to do an extraction. By “they” I mean the doctors there. You can just imagine how painful that was. Just wanted to bring attention to the horror story of a business I’ve dealt with. Thanks for reading!
HORRIBLE!!!!!! My daughter had surgery on Fri Morning three teeth pulled. Her prescription was NEVER called in. The prescription had antibiotics, as well as a medical rinse. We called in all day Friday trying to get them filled and we were given one excuse after another.
This place is terrible I went here back in January to get my two broken teeth taken out they said that they were booked out till February I said fine. I end up having to suffer till February with my teeth being broken. I asked for some pain reliever to help with the pain they ended up prescribing me a medication that I’m allergic to when I told them that they said they would talk to the doctor and get it straightened out which they never did so I never got any medication to help with the pain until I was able to get my surge... read more
