Excellent care and good availability.
Called the day before and was in at 7:30 the next morning, which was perfect for me because I work 10 hours days and did not have to take time off. Greeted with a smile and taken to the back within 5 minutes. The doctor, she is on it, always! She is so genuine and gentle with me and she prides herself in her work. We got a plan going and although she reinforces what she recommends, she comes with a no pressure approach but more of an, "I got you when you ready, but here is the risk if you wait too long approach. My husband had dental extractions at this business done. He is type 1 Diabetic and Aspen Dental assured him this was safe. After the surgery he experienced excessive bleeding and had a stroke within a month. He then experienced multiple strokes and now he cannot talk. He is paralyzed and has a swallowing issue. He was not himself after this. The teeth do not fit correctly. I have requested his medical records multiple times and they will not release them although I am the Power OF Attorney. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Super friendly and warm welcoming from all the girls up front to the smiling and happy clinical staff in the back. My hygienist was amazing informative and thorough. Definitely look forward to my next visit.
