So I went to Aspen dental to get my teeth taken care of I ended up having to get some cold and get a partial upper and have my partial lower than another dentist made me redone the lower one came out perfect so did the top until 6 months later when a tooth fell off and they sent it out got it fixed right away two days after I picked it up that same too fell off again so love Aspen dental but I do not love the people that they send to make their dentures at all
Bambi is fantastic! The complete staff is fantastic very personable with the patients that come in. And they are so quick and so good at what they do there. I would go to Aspen Dental on West Ridge Road between long Horn Steakhouse and Chipotle's restaurants. If you need new Choppers or any other Dental that's the place to go at Aspen Dental.
I went to Aspen for a broken tooth. By the time I left, they had found $5000 worth of issues I had. Went elseware for a second opinion and they said I didn't need all the stuff Aspen wanted to do. I asked Aspen to send my xrays to new dentist and the new dentist never received them. One of the charges from Aspen was $199 for a water pick and electric toothbrush I never agreed to. I feel like they just want to get the most money out of you more than actually caring about you. The people were all very nice, though.
My service throughout my stay was well appreciated, all staff from the front desk check in process to the financial specialist was all very helpful with explaining my care. I am happy to be a new patient
