Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctors are straight forward. They certainly met my expectations and left with a positive experience. As a result, I will continue to obtain further services from them.
I am incredibly frustrated with the absolute lack of professionalism and reliability at this Aspen Dental location. We originally scheduled a standard cleaning appointment all the way back in March upon starting services with them. Since then, it has been nothing but endless delays on their end. The dental team are very professional & caring. The office staff are friendly & helpful. I would suggest a better explanation of the financial agreement & why they don't take most advantage plan insurances for Seniors such as myself now retired & on fixed incomes.
