An excellent team of professionals. They treated me kindly from the very beginning, and a big plus was being assisted by a Spanish speaker, Carla. They explained exactly what I needed; I had only gone in for a single tooth, but the situation was worse than I’d imagined. They gave me options and clearly explained the procedure. They were also a huge help with the financial side of things, especially since I don't have insurance. 10/10—I recommend them 100%.
The exam was informative and Dr. Shayan was professional and thorough. Insurance communication was slow but hopefully will come through before my next appointment. Information that was sent from my previous dentist on 9/2 was not found and had to call and get it resent but not all information was included with the recent email so have to call and have them resend the rest. Checking out was a little confusing and setting up next appointment took a few tries. Not sure how communications work with transfer of records but I feel... read more
