This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Even though I had insurance I was required to pay cash upfront to access care and was told I would be refunded when Delta Dental paid them but Aspen Dental inflated the bill to eliminate refund. The clinical work was substandard. Crown that was installed fell out in the same week. Because of the terrible experience I didn't bother to go back to them and ended up needing extraction which I got done by Chen's Dental. Resolution of complaints is non existent. For some reasons I couldn’t finished my review. So this is the continuation. Anyway I have to come up with $3,000 to get my upper denture. They did not wanted to give me an appointment unless I paid 60 percent of the $3,000 money have. I do not recommend Aspen Dental. They are not honest. Not the staff they just work for a dishonest company they are nice except for that skinny white girl. She needs to be fired!!!!.
