My Upper Bridge (4 teeth) detached and I had it cemented back in at the Queensbury, NY Aspen Dental location. The work performed was fine. My confusion is, before any work was done I was told Aspen accepted Cigna Dental Insurance (I'm a retired teacher out of NYC). As it turns out Aspen was not part of the UFT Welfare Fund/SIDS Network. The amounts coved by Cigna was minimal and I received a very expensive bill. To Whom It May Concern: I am filing a complaint about the unacceptable service I received during my first visit to the Aspen Dental office at 216 Quaker Road in Queensbury on April 2, 2026. I arrived at 2:20 p.m., completed my paperwork, had X‑rays taken, and was placed in Examination Room 1 around 2:40 p.m. I was then left alone for 40 minutes with no updates, no check‑ins, and no explanation for the delay. Online scheduling is broken. Allows people to schedule appointments that arent available. Waisted a trip to go to an appointment I didn't actually have because their online schedule system allowed me to pick an appointment time that doesn't exist. Never returning to Aspen again.
