Horrible service. After scheduling my appointment 6 months ago with a specific hygienist, the day of she was not available so i had to reschedule. She called to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and I couldn't do that because of work so when I showed up today she already seemed to have an attitude. She nicked my lip with the tool she was using to scrape my teeth, but she didn't apologize. She said she didn't do it, even though my lip was bleeding. For my first phone call, to my visit and rescheduling I was treated like royalty. It was an honor to be cared for by them. The warmth, kindness, humor, care, and professional advice will by far the greatest I've ever received. I am blessed to have this agency to take care of my smile. They are all a gift from God.

I had originally left a great review for Aspen Dental 6 months ago. My actual dental experience was great. I had about 4-5 appointments. However, it has been a nightmare dealing with a billing issue ever since. I had noticed that I was being billed double for almost every single appointment. I would pay when I would check in and then again get a bill after in the mail for almost the same amount and would pay that as well.
