I went in to have a tooth pulled that was really bothering me. Went in for a consult on Monday, had my tooth pulled by Wednesday morning. I was told by a previous dentist it would have to be done surgically because it was broken above the root. I’m so glad I found aspen because they did it by just local numbing. Not only was everyone so nice there, they are very professional too. They made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. Im putting 5 stars for the receptionist today. She was so nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. All the employees that ive met seem very nice. The receptionist Rachel was really just awsome. And handled everything with a smile and was happy to help the patients.
2024 Sometimes good things don't last forever. In this case I was warned about Aspen Dental and had no reason to believe or listen to bad stories. I do have to say that I was extremely displeased with this office when they lost my x-rays. They said i'd have to get them again, I refused and then they charged me for ones I never got. Nope! Don't have time for that kind of incompetence. This was just my experience and you may not ever have that experience. But there's mine.
