I had a great experience with Dr. Chen and her dental assistant, Danielle. Dr. Chen was knowledgeable and confident in her work, which immediately put me at ease. Took me right in at my appointment time. X-rays were done fast, Dentist came right in and explained everything too me and gave me my options
Unfortunately one of these strange healthcare third spaces stuck between sales consulting and artificial intelligence … not a tooth was cleaned or even a toothbrush was seen. I should’ve known this but I was curious anyway - let me experience this for you (don't go here). I already didn’t like being poked and then sent into different rooms (again left without even a tooth being brushed) but the lack of privacy in the rooms … 1 star is a overestimation.
