The time it took from start to finish was roughly 2 months. The first two days of wearing the dentures my face a jaw was so sore I had to resort to my old pair. I went in for an adjustment that helped at the time but was no where near where they should be. I cant really describe where it hurts because my mouth is so sore. Insurance will only replace dentures every 5 years and only pay half at best. All of the staff was nice and tried but now I'm stuck working on these daily, trying to keep them from hurting.
Pros Good dentist. Cons It’s very corporate style, don’t be surprised if you feel like they just want your money. At the end of the day that’s what the employer wants the employees to do. I like seeing staff members that like the jobs they have. Overall? I got what I needed. If you need them they are there. It’s very straightforward, pay me and I will help you. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The staff was nice, so I’m giving one star for that. I have dental insurance through Delta Dental, which I was told was one of the better dental plans. I went in as a walk-in after calling ahead and being told they could help. I had broken my main back tooth and needed it pulled or filled I didn’t care which at that point. They did X-rays and spoke with the hygienist, who then tried to sell me a “special” toothbrush something I could easily get online for much less. That was my first red... read more
Excellent service and friendly staff. Only recommendation is that the exam rooms need painting. The painting coming off some window ceils make it look run down.
Claire met me at the door of the waiting room with a smile and fantastic attitude. She stayed with me the whole time and kept me calm and smiling. The whole office is wonderful but Claire went the extra mile today.
