Not good it took an hour just to see the doctor my appointment was at 7 they didnt even call me to the back for 32 minutes then I sat in the little room for 20 minutes just to check a denture

Good service with a friendly staff and knowledgeable dentists. A bit pricey but serve and product match up.

Although everyone seemed nice on the surface, I felt it was all about the dollar. All I wanted was lower dentures and the next thing I know I was facing a $22,00 bill. I was really amazed how Dr Lee misunderstood everything I said. I already knew that I had a lot of bone loss hell I am 67 yeah there is some loss but geesh not $22,00 worth. Lady give me a break I said three times once to get the appt., once to the MA and once to Dr Lee all I wanted was lower dentures. So yeah I can always fimd someplace to go. I was quoted $3,500 without insurance, but somehow $5,000 with insurance. That alone didn’t make sense. When I asked for clarification and a proper breakdown, I never received one. I am married and have joint insurance coverage, yet the front office did not properly run my married insurance plan. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I “aged out at 26,” which is irrelevant when you are legally married and covered under a spouse’s policy.
