I just had my tooth pulled, i called in Friday and got an Apt. for Tuesday, they saw me in pain and were very patient with me while i used water to numb the pain in between talking to them. The Hygienist Syed, was awesome and had a great sense of humor and showed me things i did not know and was kind and understanding. The Assistant Sabrina was very sweet and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way though the X-Rays and the Extraction. Ms Persavich, I was brought up to say nothing if you haven’t anything good to say. Well I have held to that for most of my life until now. I am going to lay it out in bullet form. 1. I called and told the girl on the phone I needed extractions and I was in pain. 2. I get to the clinic fill out all the paperwork and they call me back. 3. A nice young man begins the X-ray process and is very careful knowing I was in pain. 4. I have never dealt with a more inept staff in my life. I really do not understand how they have any positive reviews. Keep your family safe and bring them anywhere else but this location.
